How the Emotional Weight Assessment works

The assessment asks 15 short questions about intrusive thoughts, emotional triggers, avoidance, overwhelm, and daily stress. Your answers are used to estimate an Emotional Resilience Score so you can better understand where emotional burden may still be showing up in your life.
